My Best Weight® Plan:

Please follow this instructions to better help you achieve weight loss:

  1. My Best Weight® Slim Protein will replace the smaller meal of the day (for most of us it's breakfast).
  2. For the other two meals drink one My Best Weight® Slim Fiber 15 to 20 minutes before your meal. Ideally this should include a substantial amount of vegetables and always include protein (5 to 6 Oz. of meat, fish or chicken or one or two eggs)

 

My Best Weight® Slim Protein Preparation Instructions:

Using a Shaker Bottle, include one scoop in 10 oz of water or unsweetened almond milk and shake well. If you want you may prepare in a blender with ice and your favorite fruit, veggies or nuts (Don't use pineapple, mango and banana).

 

My Best Weight® Slim Fiber Preparation Instructions:

Using a Shaker Bottle, include one scoop in 10 oz of water 15 to 20 minutes before your meal, shake well. The fiber turns in to a gelatinous substance to better give you a sensation of fullness, It will be better if you drink it fast.
